• Many phonecalls are about correct product selection (check all the tabs "Prints, Products, Downloads" when you click "Add to Basket"), and click on "more..." for more information next to the item.
• Some phonecalls are about Paypal - and no you don't need a paypal account to pay by credit or debit card - please click through and read their payment options when checking out (yes they do make it hard sometimes)
• Other phonecalls are about computer IT support - we'll do our best, but we can't always help !

Our  office hours are Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:00pm. (we will get back to you just as soon as possible if you contact us outside these times - so please be patient if you email us at 10pm on a saturday...)
