Event Webmasters
If you're a webmaster for an event and want to put a gallery search box for your event directly onto your webpage then this is the code syntax to use.
Please ensure you select the correct "C_ID" value from the gallery which is usually the last characters from a web URL for an event
for example this URL:
http://uksp.photoshelter.com/gallery-collection/2016-10-09-Chichester-Half/C0000Y1GMPldtYUE
Has the C_ID value of C0000Y1GMPldtYUE
If you are unsure please contact us !
Search Boxes
Here's the search box code using this C_ID value as an example
---------------------------------
<form action="http://uksp.photoshelter.com/search" method="get">
<input type="text" size="15" name="I_DSC" value="Your number here" onclick="this.value=''"> <!-- where I_DSC = runner number entered -->
<input type="submit" value="Search Archive"> <!-- where you can change the "Search Archive" to say "Search the race gallery" or similar action for the button label-->
<input type="hidden" name="I_DSC_AND" value="t">
<input type="hidden" name="I_SORT" value="DATE">
<input type="hidden" name="_ACT" value="search">
<input type="hidden" name="C_ID" value="C0000gSuAZK2mNnw"> <!-- Put the correct C_ID value for the event -->
</form>
---------------------------------
And here it is as an example - use 400 as a test number for this event search
http://uksp.photoshelter.com/search?I_DSC_AND=t&_ACT=search&I_SORT=DATE&C_ID=[your event C_ID value]&I_DSC=[the runner number]
Here's the search URL using the above C_ID value for runner 365
http://uksp.photoshelter.com/search?I_DSC_AND=t&_ACT=search&I_SORT=DATE&C_ID=C0000Y1GMPldtYUE&I_DSC=365
you can of course embedd the URL as a hyperlink in your results text like this CLICK HERE FOR Runner 365's PHOTOS
